  • Are audio files available to listen to before I buy a pack?
    Yes, you can play samples in the LISTEN tab.
  • Can I get a custom head profiled?
    Please email us with your request.
  • Are these profiles high gain?
    Yes.
  • Are these profiles specific to the metal and rock genres?
    Yes. If you would like a different profile, please email us. We are always working on new products.
  • I'm viewing the site on my phone. How do I download FAM Kemper Profile Packs or FAM Drum Samples to my computer?
    You will receive an email with your digital download after checking out and can later download the FAM Kemper Profile Pack or FAM Drum Sample Kit to a computer instead.
  • How do I install my FAM Kemper Profiles?
    You can install using Rig Manager or by USB Thumb Drive. Rig Manager: 1. Download Rig Manager. 2. Open and unpack the zip folder containing the .kipr FAM Kemper Profiles you purchased and drag them into the Rig Manager App. You will see them in the local files. 3. Connect your Kemper via USB cable to your computer and drag your new FAM Kemper Profiles to your Kemper. USB: 1. Plug your USB into your computer. 2. Open and unpack the zip folder containing the .kipr FAM Kemper Profiles you purchased and copy all the .kipr files to the USB. 3. Plug the USB in to your Kemper. 4. Push the external storage button on the Kemper and click Import.
